SPARCO SPECIAL ORDER & AIRFREIGHT CONDITIONS
We carry as warehouse stock most of the Sparco products in the IKD-Sparco price list.
Some items in the price list are marked as Special Order. In addition we may be able to obtain on ‘Special Order’.non-stock items from Sparco international websites which are not in the list.
IKD generally operate a once monthly airfreight consignment for Special Order goods and urgent re-stock items.
The order for these items will be placed by IKD on Sparco on the 15th of each month with arrival scheduled for the month end or early in the subsequent month.
Special Orders must be received by IKD by the 14th of the month to be included in the earliest airfreight. Orders missing the cut-off will be rolled into the next month order unless we are instructed otherwise by you.
Where goods are ordered on your behalf on Special Order all responsibility for the goods in terms of size, colour, fit , and suitability for purpose rests with the purchaser.
IKD will accept no return on Special Order items.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
IKD will accept return of goods only under the following clear conditions
- We are notified by fax within 24 hours of receipt by the dealer/customer, that the goods are not required or are incorrect
- The dealer/customer pays the return freight
- The goods are returned in good condition in their original packing which must also be in the same condition
- Goods are returned within 7 days
- A 10% stocking fee will be applied to all returns
- Sparco apparel sizes will be swapped for no fee providing the other conditions of notification & condition are met and they were not Special Order goods.
- Any credit will only be issued after the goods are received back in our warehouse
- Any replacement goods will be invoiced at the time of dispatch
With regard to ‘Warranty’ claims please be aware that our manufacturers offer no formal period warranty on items to be used in competition. Goods returned due to suspected faulty workmanship during manufacture may therefore take several weeks to process due to the location of our suppliers and the extent to which we are required to demonstrate the detail of the claim
